What Makes Us Different and Special:
"Helping families recover is my main passion is my life's task. Preparing for an intervention is extremely important to the family and the interventionist. We consider this to be our strong point. We consider alcohol/drug, eating disorders, and gambling a speciality with 96% success rate in helping individuals into treatment. We are now specializing in prescription drug abuse, and chronic pain and addiction interventions. These intervention techniques are new and very exciting. Helping families to understand addiction and prepare them for a heartfelt exchange is a real asset that we have."
Overview of Practice:
"I train loved ones in all facets of interventions. Within a 2 day period, the loved ones will be ready to face, with love, the process with confidence and grace. We also help teach families about chronic pain and addiction, in applicable cases."
What Advice Would You Give to Prospective Clients:
"It is very important to think and re-think when employing an interventionist. When you do decide to an intervention think of yourself as an important team member, and always give as much love as you possibly can."
What Special Training Does the Staff Have:
"I have worked as an interventionist for the past 21 years. I also have worked in treatment centers as a case manager, therapist, and administrator. I maintain an outpatient practice doing 1:1 and group sessions. I have started "The Greater San Diego Recovery Program Softball League" which has been in service to the recovery community for the past 20 years. I have been clean and sober since January 1984.""
