What Makes Us Different and Special:
"Every intervention provided by ISA is unique. They are customized to meet the needs of your loved one. However, our goal for every intervention we facilitate is the same: Using love, care and concern, we guide the family, manage the circunstances, and help the addict to make his or her own, personal choice to reach out for recovery.
We offer a complementary consultation to see if intervention is right for your loved one. We will then guide you in creating a plan of action. Consultations can take place by phone or in person, and can include several family members, friends and colleagues."
What Advice Would You Give to Prospective Clients:
"Intervention is a process that starts when family, friends, or fellow employees, with the help of an experienced interventionist, organize a meeting with the goal of persuading their addicted loved one to accept immediate, professional help to enter a treatment facility. During preparation and planning, letters conveying love, care, and concern for the alcoholic or addict are written, under the supervision of the interventionist. New responses and consequences to addictive behavior are discussed, and family members establish healthy patters that no longer support the disease of addiction. The intervention is rehearsed thoroughtly and all possible outcomes are discussed."
Overview of Practice:
"Intervention is the starting point for change. We offer a proven plan for helping your addicted loved one choose treatment, and a solution for healing the associated anger, betrayal, and division that has been ripping your family apart."
