"Ashley's philosophy is to provide chemical dependency treatment of the highest quality in the most appropriate, safest setting, keeping the dignity of the patient in mind at all times, to chemically addicted persons and their families."
Approach To Dual Diagnosis:
"Ashley will treat dually-diagnosed patients so long as the other diagnosis is manageable and not so exaggerated to the point that it interferes with the treatment of chemical dependency. All dually diagnosed patients are seen by the staff psychiatrist and re-evaluated."
Family Program:
"Ashley believes that chemical dependency affects the entire family, and the program is set up to educate the family on the aspects of the disease as well as give pointers on how to deal with the patient when he/she returns home after treatment."
Position On 12 Step Involvement:
"The 12 Step Programs are integral parts of our program. Patients are introduced to them while at Ashley and are usually given a sponsor to work with them when they return to their home area."
