"To provide recovery and residential rehabilitation to the indigent, homeless and people living with HIV/AIDS who wish to recover from substance abuse and reintegrate back into the community as productive members."

Approach To Dual Diagnosis:

"Since 1988 the agency has been providing residential rehabilitation treatment for the multi-diagnosed. The agency also addresses these issues in support groups."

Family Program:

"Weekly support groups are available to families and significant others, including a parenting education program and Medi-Cal outpatent drug free perinatal pragram."
