"Our program is designed for men and women 18 years and
older who struggles with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, night
eating and exercise disorder that may also be complemented by co-occuring
mood disorders, anxiety, substance abuse, PTSD, mild OCD or Trauma."
Treatment Philosophy:
"We believe in the inherent value of each individual and
their capacity to achieve, hope and learn to effectively manage
their illness. The program focus on the needs of patients who are
similar in age, symptons or diagnosis. We believe that a multidisciplinary
treatment approach is necessary."
Family Program:
"We offer 2 day family workshop to help educate families
about the disease. Emphasis is placed on family dynamics, which
also includes family therapy."
Position On 12 Step Involvement:
"We treat substance abuse and addictions with 12 Step integration
and meetings as part of our program."
Position On Approach to Compulsive Overeating vs. Anorexia/Bulimia:
"Treatment is individualized to meet the needs of each patient.
Patients may attend different groups that suit their needs, and
attend different support groups as needed."
